Andy Paul
Chief Executive Officer
CORSAIR’s CEO, Andy Paul co-founded CORSAIR in 1994 with three other engineers in Silicon Valley. Previously Mr. Paul served as President of Multichip Technology, which operated as a subsidiary of Cypress Semiconductor. Before starting Multichip, Mr. Paul held various sales, marketing, and engineering positions at various semiconductor companies, including Fairchild.
Mr. Paul holds an honors degree in Physics from The City University, London, England.
Mr. Paul has recently served as a Mentor in the Global Social Benefit program at Santa Clara University, offering guidance for small enterprises in emerging countries, and is also a keen supporter of the Make-A-Wish foundation.
Mr. Paul also owns and operates Indian Leap Vineyards, maker of award-winning Sonoma Wines.

Michael G. Potter
Chief Financial Officer
Michael G. Potter serves as Chief Financial Officer for CORSAIR, and has worked in finance, controlling, and audit positions with a variety of multinational companies for over 30 years.
Prior to joining CORSAIR, he spent five years as CFO and Chief Legal Officer at Canadian Solar, a large NASDAQ listed company with HQ offices in Suzhou, China, and before that spent ten years in the semiconductor industry in public-company CFO roles with Lattice Semiconductor Corporation, Neophotonics, and STATS ChipPaC.
Earlier in his career, he worked for six years at Honeywell in various finance and accounting positions, and at KPMG in Montreal working as an Auditor.
He is a current board member and Audit Chair for Cordelio Power Inc., which provides power generation from renewable sources like wind and solar. He received a Graduate Diploma of Accountancy from McGill University, and a Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting from Concordia University.

Thi La
President and Chief Operating Officer
Thi La has served as CORSAIR’S Chief Operating Officer since August 2013 and as President since January 2021. Prior to her role as President and COO, she served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of CORSAIR’s gaming PC component unit.
Previously, Ms. La served as the Vice President of Global Operations and Information Technology at Opnext, Inc., and held various positions at Hewlett Packard, including Director of Consumer Desktop PC, Display and Accessories for North America. Ms. La holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University.

Carina Tan
Vice President and General Counsel
Carina Tan has served as CORSAIR’s Vice President and General Counsel since June of 2016. Ms. Tan brings over 20 years of legal experience to the role. Prior to joining CORSAIR, Ms. Tan was a partner at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton, where she represented technology companies in a variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions, licensing, and intellectual property litigation. Before embarking on a career in law, Ms. Tan was a research scientist at NASA, specializing in aerodynamics and aeroelasticity. Ms. Tan received a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings and holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in aerospace engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Ms. Tan has previously volunteered in the mentor program at Santa Clara University’s School of Law, specifically the Asian-Pacific American Law Students Association, and provides pro bono services for the “Lawyers in the Library Pro Bono Project.”

Pete Hilliard
Chief Human Resources Officer
Peter “Pete” Hilliard serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for CORSAIR, having held C-Level HR roles across a variety of multinational companies for over 25 years. Along the way, Pete has also commercially led a number of entrepreneurial endeavors, including taking one through IPO.
Most recently, he served as Chief People Officer at Quantenna, Inc. (Acquired by On Semiconductor) and prior to that as Chief Administrative Officer at SGI, Inc. (Acquired by HPE). Previously, Pete served as C-Level HR & Administrative Executive for Harmonic, Inc., Agile Software, Inc.(Acquired by Oracle), and MetroMedia Fiber Network, Inc.
During the internet revolution, he was a Partner & VP of Operations with 54th Street Partners, L.L.C., an international consulting and venture investment firm serving clients such as Sun Microsystems, Brocade, and WebVan. Pete led many of 54th Street’s engagements before ultimately joining one of its clients, SiteSmith, Inc. (Acquired by Metromedia Fiber Network). Pete Studied Business Administration at San Jose State University.
Peter sits on the board of directors of the Greater Bay Area Make-A-Wish foundation and is passionate about its charter.
