Item 8.01 Other Events.

On September 19, 2024, Corsair Gaming, Inc. (the “Company”) closed its acquisition of the Fanatec Sim Racing product line from Endor AG (the “Fanatec Acquisition”). This includes the existing employees at Endor AG who manage and operate the Fanatec Sim Racing product line.

Located in Landshut, Germany, Fanatec Sim Racing products include force feedback steering wheels and wheelbases, pedals, shifters and other accessories for PlayStation, Xbox, and PC-based racing simulators.
